We are now fully open and bookings are now being taken .We have been working extremely hard to ensure the Golden Cross is covid secure by following government guidelines to keep our customers and staff safe. We understand that these guidelines are new and frustrating for some and we ask you to work with us during these strange and difficult times.

We are sharing some of our guidelines with you to help you understand what to expect when you visit us.

** Please pre-book tables to guarantee seating and service as our capacity has dramatically been reduced in certain areas. You may book through Facebook, by email or by phone. Walk-ins are of course welcome at anytime but during busy periods customers may have to queue or vacate tables. During these busy periods customers are reminded if they are sat or booked outside they will not be able to shelter inside during bad weather if inside is fully booked.**

** We will be only be offering table service throughout and customers must remain seated with a maximum of 6 customers per table observing government guidelines regarding households and ‘bubbles’. Customers may not move between tables or ‘bubbles’. **

** Customers details will be recorded by your host for the NHS track and trace system along with carpark registration if needed.**

** We ask customers with children to keep them seated and supervised at all times. Dogs are allowed outside in our garden but must be kept at your table and must not be a nuisance or have contact with other customers. **

** Music will be played at a low level and sports shown outside with no volume to prevent shouting or chanting as required by government guidelines.**

We understand these guidelines may be frustrating but are there to protect you and our staff. Failure to observe these guidelines may result in service not being provided.
